If you are having trouble with the app, found a bug, have a feature question, or need help understanding how Stylo Trace works, contact support at:

When contacting support, please include any details that may help us understand the issue, such as:

  • your device model
  • your iOS version
  • the app version
  • what you were doing when the issue happened
  • whether the issue involves camera access, photo access, or saved projects

We typically aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, but response times are not guaranteed.

Stylo Trace currently works primarily on-device and does not require an account. Because of that, support may be limited in our ability to recover deleted local project data, deleted reference images, or device-specific settings once they have been removed from your device or backups.
