When contacting support, please include any details that may help us understand the issue, such as:
- your device model
- your iOS version
- the app version
- what you were doing when the issue happened
- whether the issue involves camera access, photo access, or saved projects
We typically aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, but response times are not guaranteed.
Stylo Trace currently works primarily on-device and does not require an account. Because of that, support may be limited in our ability to recover deleted local project data, deleted reference images, or device-specific settings once they have been removed from your device or backups.
