Stylo Trace Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Stylo Trace is designed to function primarily on your device. In its current version, the App does not require account registration, does not sell subscriptions, and is offered free of charge through the App Store.

The App is intended to let you:

• select a reference image from your device's photo library
• view that image as an overlay on top of a live camera preview
• adjust tracing settings
• save project setups locally on your device for later use

2. Information the App Accesses

Depending on how you use the App, the App may access the following categories of information:

A. Camera Access

The App may request access to your device camera so it can display a live camera preview for tracing and alignment.

B. Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your photo library so you can select a reference image for a tracing project.

C. User-Provided Project Information

If you save a project, the App may store information such as:

• the project name you enter
• the reference image you select
• overlay and tracing settings, including opacity, scale, rotation, offset, lock state, and similar project preferences
• the date a project was last updated

D. Device-Level or Platform Information

Apple, your device operating system, the App Store, and related platform providers may collect information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to Next Prototype's handling of information in connection with the App and does not govern third-party platform practices.

3. How We Use Information

In the current version of the App, information accessed by the App is used only to provide the App's core functionality, including:

• displaying the live tracing interface
• allowing you to choose and preview a reference image
• saving and reopening tracing projects on your device
• restoring project settings you previously saved
• supporting basic app functionality, troubleshooting, and security

We do not use information accessed by the App to build advertising profiles, to sell personal information, or to operate a user account system for the App.

4. Remote Collection

Based on the current version of Stylo Trace, Next Prototype does not intentionally collect your personal information from the App on a developer-controlled backend server.

In particular, the current version of the App does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect through the App:

• name
• mailing address
• phone number
• payment card data
• government-issued identifiers
• precise geolocation
• contacts
• health data

The App also is not intended, in its current version, to include advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking SDKs, or user analytics services controlled by Next Prototype.

5. Local Device Storage

Saved projects and selected reference images are stored locally on your device so that the App can reopen them later. In the current version of the App, this information is intended to remain on-device unless you separately choose to back up, export, share, or otherwise disclose it using device features, operating-system services, or third-party tools outside the App's direct control.

Local data may persist until you delete the relevant project, delete the App, clear the App's local data, or remove the data through your device settings or backup systems.

6. Sharing of Information

In the current version of the App, Next Prototype does not intentionally sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We also do not intentionally disclose project content or reference images to third parties except:

• if required to comply with applicable law, lawful process, or valid governmental request
• if reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, users, or the security or integrity of the App
• in connection with a business transfer involving Next Prototype, subject to applicable law
• if you separately choose to disclose information through your own device, Apple services, backup tools, exports, screenshots, recordings, or third-party services

7. Data Retention

Because the App currently stores project information locally on your device, retention is generally controlled by you and your device environment.

We do not maintain a developer-hosted user account database for the App in its current version. If you delete a project within the App, the App is intended to remove the locally stored project data associated with that project, although residual copies may remain in device backups, system caches, logs, or storage media outside our control.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App's current design to support local storage protection, but no method of storage, software, or transmission can be guaranteed secure.

You are responsible for securing your own device, including by using operating-system security features such as a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, device encryption, and safe device-handling practices.

9. Your Choices

You may choose whether to grant camera and photo permissions through your device settings. If you deny or revoke permissions, some features of the App may not function.

You may also:

• delete saved projects within the App
• delete the App from your device
• manage device permissions through iOS settings
• manage any device backups or cloud backups through the services you use

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and Next Prototype does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-controlled backend in the current version of the App.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Next Prototype through communications outside the App, contact us at hello@nextprototype.com so that we can review the issue.

11. International Use

The App may be downloaded or used in different jurisdictions. Because the current version of the App is designed to operate primarily on-device without user accounts, many common server-side processing activities may not apply. Even so, local laws may give you privacy rights depending on where you live.

12. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and runs on Apple devices and software. Apple and other third parties may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of third parties, including Apple, internet providers, device manufacturers, or backup/cloud services you choose to use.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the policy URL above and will include a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
